  • How long does it take to fulfill an order?
  • The timeframe for processing an order depends on the product type purchased and the shipping service selected at checkout. Personalized products involves one of our graphic designers, which will create the design and will send a preview to the customer for approval. Each custom/personalized product must be approved before creation. The design preview takes 2-3 business days to complete. Then, it takes up to 2 business days to assemble and ship your product. If your order is non-personalized, then there is no design processing time and your order will ship in 2 days after the order is placed.

    Personalized Products Processing Timeframe: 7-12 business days to get to your door. (creation+shipping time)
    Non-personalized Products Processing Timeframe: 4-6 business days to get to your door. (creation+shipping time)
  • How long does it take to ship?
  • After final approval, a product is moving to our creation/assembled/shipping department, it will take a given amount of time to ship the canvas depending on what you chose during checkout. The time between the order date and the date the order ships is typically 2-5 business days. Once the order has shipped, the shipping time is dependant on the method chosen. You can choose Standard Shipping, Priority Shipping, or Express Shipping at the checkout:

    Standard Shipping – delivery takes 2-5 business days after shipped out.
    Priority Shipping – delivery takes 2-4 business days after shipped out.
    Express Shipping – delivery takes 1-2 business days after shipped out.

    Each order will receive a tracking number.
  • What happens if my item is damaged during shipment?
  • Please send us a message, we will replace your item at no cost for you. Photos of the damaged item, box, and shipping label on the box are required for the damage replacement process.
  • What if I need to change the shipping address?
  • We accept address changes within 1 business day of purchase if no proof is requested, or up to when you approve the design for printing if you requested a proof. Address change requests will be handled as best we can. If we cannot guarantee delivery to the new address, we will let you know this.

    ***Please note that we manually update the addresses on a partner website and new addresses do not automatically update. Therefore, if a customer chooses to upgrade their address after purchase, the original address will still appear on the shipping receipt.
  • What happens if my design is incorrect when it arrives? (Wrong information, the wrong version of the preview, etc.)
  • Please send us a message. If it is our mistake (we incorrectly used the information you provided), we will remake your design and replace it for free.

    If the mistake is yours (the information provided to us was incorrect), we will correct the design for you at a reduced cost to cover materials, shipping, and design time.
  • Can I have a mock-up or preview of the item before I purchase to get an idea of what it will look like?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide a preview before an actual order is placed. All personalized products purchases come with a design preview and the final product will be created only after the final approval. No changes will be made after final approval, as the product will be sent to our production department.
